2. principles of our data processing

Processing only by us: All personal data is processed exclusively by SiteDock GmbH and its employees.
No disclosure to third parties: Data will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data storage in the EU: All data processed as part of our services remain within the European Union.
Anonymisation: We take care to collect personal data only when absolutely necessary. Wherever possible, data is processed in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
Sustainable hosting: Our systems are operated on energy-efficient servers with green electricity.
Independence: We consciously rely on open and flexible technologies to avoid vendor lock-in. This ensures long-term data sovereignty and security for our customers.

3. collection and processing of personal data

We only process personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of our website, our services or to fulfil legal obligations.

The following data types can be processed:

5. web analysis with Pirsch.io

To improve our offering, we use the data protection-friendly web analytics service Stalk.io of Emvi Software GmbH, Germany.

Pirsch.io works without cookies.
The data (e.g. page views, length of visit, referrer) is recorded completely anonymised.
It is not possible to trace them back to individual persons.

In this way, we fulfil our claim to carry out statistical evaluations of our website visits exclusively in compliance with the GDPR and without tracking profiles.

6. transfer to subcontractors (processors)

We only pass on personal data to carefully selected and GDPR-compliant subcontractors who support us in the provision of our services.
